PILATES CLASSES

Pilates can be taught on a one-to-one or group basis.

1-2-1 and small group classes with a maximum of 4 participants offer a higher level of individual attention, with programs that can be personally tailored to the individual and adapted to suit different levels of fitness and ability.

If you're recovering from injury or you have a health condition that may require close attention, it is advisable to check with your GP or Physiotherapist that Pilates is suitable for you before starting a class.

1-2-1 private classes

1:2:1 classes are for clients wanting to receive focused, individual and personalised pilates classes.

 

These classes are also suitable for individuals with specific post rehabilitative needs, pre and post natal clients and professional and amateur sportspeople and athletes.

 

We will formulate a program to address your individual needs, whether that be to improve strength, mobility and flexibility, to decrease orthopaedic problems or to undergo a safe pre or post natal exercise plan.

£30 per 1 hour session.

Private small group classes 

Yoga Class

Small Group Training sessions are for participants to train together and share the cost of the session, with more focus and personal attention that a public group class.

 

These small group classes are perfect for couples, small groups of friends and family, pre or post natal groups, or small sports groups such as tennis players, golfers or horse riders.

£35 per couple for pairs.
£40 per group for 3-4 people. 

Pilates Stretches

Classes can be booked as private 1-2-1 sessions or as private small group bookings.

Sessions are held at our studio at Grove Farm in West Huntspill.

Weekly times, dates and details of any small group public classes at the studio will be posted here when available.
